Altitude is a big plus when you are near that many cows. I think your route tomorrow will take you too far west of Coalinga to see all the cows at Harris Ranch, but as a child when we would drive north on Interstate 5 during family vacations, my parents would tell me and my siblings to smell our hands as we drove past the stock yards. It was many years before I realized the joke was on us, and that we weren't the ones with bad hygiene.

That's most likely the Shamrock Dairy in Stanfield (near Casa Grande). 5000 cows, all chewing, all pooping.
